Return Policy
Before initiating a return, please contact us to confirm the return details. We usually process refunds within 1–3 working days after receiving the returned item. Refunds are typically credited to your original payment method within 7 working days.
Whether the return shipping fee is borne by the buyer depends on the following two circumstances:
1 For returns initiated due to the buyer’s own reasons (such as unwanted items or mistaken purchases), the buyer must bear the outbound shipping fee of £5, the return shipping fee of £5, as well as a 10% restocking fee.
2 For returns initiated due to our reasons (e.g., battery quality issues, misleading product information, etc.), the return shipping fee will be borne by us.
1-Year Warranty
All batteries purchased from this website come with a one-year warranty. Within one year from the date of purchase, if your battery fails under normal use, we will replace it with a new one to save you time. However, the following situations are not covered by this warranty:
1The battery is damaged due to abuse, overcharging, improper installation, freezing, or improper adjustment.
2The battery has been disassembled or the sticker on the battery has been removed.
3Due to a system upgrade, the battery may not function properly.
4Note: After one year of use, it is normal for the battery capacity to remain at 80%.
